Shipping Times: We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the United States.

Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also cannot ship to addresses that are located in areas with restricted access, such as military bases or remote locations.

However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement product or a refund.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Bareo, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality healthy pet treats and customized pet products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any issues and provide a refund or replacement product, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Returns: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product must be returned to us in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories. You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We may request photos of the damage or defect in order to process your refund or replacement.

Customized Products: We cannot offer refunds or replacements for customized pet products unless they are damaged or defective.
